By agreeing the scope and requirements of Flood Risk Assessments with consultees at an early stage, Surface has maintained a strong track record in receiving favourable planning recommendations from the Environment Agency (EA), Lead Local Flood Authorities and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA).

We price our Flood Risk Assessments competitively on a site by site basis and the level of input will depend on whether your site is located within Flood Zone 1, 2 or 3 in England or in a low, medium or high likelihood flood zone in Scotland. Similarly, the level of input for a Flood Consequence Assessment in Wales will depend on whether your site is located in Flood Zone A, B or C.
